AI Operator

About the role

We are looking for an AI Operator to join our partner’s team in Switzerland. The role is hands‑on and focuses on redesigning operational workflows by embedding AI directly into day‑to‑day activities across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse existing processes within teams to identify bottlenecks and quality gaps.
• Redesign and automate workflows with AI at the core, using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex and automation platforms like n8n.
• Build and deploy practical solutions including AI agents, prompt libraries, automation flows and reusable playbooks.
• Coach and train team members to ensure full adoption and continuous usage of the new AI‑enabled processes.
• Measure impact through operational metrics such as time saved, cycle‑time reduction, cost efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Translate successful implementations into scalable frameworks for other units and support AI‑enabled onboarding of newly integrated teams.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to drive behavioural and process change within teams.
• Strong change‑management skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI Codex.
• Practical knowledge of automation platforms, particularly n8n or equivalent workflow builders.
• Ability to break down complex workflows into structured, automatable steps.
