Developer Advocate (Switzerland)

About the role

The Developer Advocate will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and the global developer community. Based in Switzerland, you will use your technical expertise to educate, inspire, and gather feedback from developers through a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the organization at conferences, meetups, webinars, podcasts, and other industry events.
• Identify speaking, sponsorship, partnership, and community‑engagement opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Create and deliver technical talks, workshops, live demos, and panel presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, community leaders, event organizers, and technology partners.
• Produce tutorials, articles, videos, code samples, and demos that simplify web data, API integration, and web‑scraping workflows.
• Contribute to open‑source projects and developer forums, and champion the developer perspective within product and marketing teams.
• Explore emerging LLM‑powered applications and AI agents, showcasing how reliable web data can enable AI‑first solutions.
• Measure the impact of events and content, using insights to refine future initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working with developers, APIs, or related technical communities.
• Strong public‑speaking and content‑creation abilities.
• Proven track record of community engagement and relationship building.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
