AI Platform Engineer

About the role

Join Adnovum’s AI‑Native Software Factory as an AI Platform Engineer. You will help design and operate a platform that enables engineers to deliver AI‑enhanced software securely, efficiently and with full governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate and evolve the AI‑Native Software Factory platform.
• Establish quality gates, testing and verification mechanisms.
• Curate engineering standards, templates, architecture guidelines and agent context.
• Manage observability, security controls and policy guardrails.
• Handle platform configuration, LLM access and cost transparency.
• Support project onboarding and ensure secure project isolation.
• Drive continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability and delivery metrics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic software development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
• Container platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Observability, reliability engineering and incident management.
• Software delivery lifecycle, quality engineering and automated testing.
• Security best practices, identity management and secrets handling.
