Key responsibilities

• Design maintainable automation architectures for complex enterprise products.
• Implement high‑value automated test suites within customer teams.
• Enhance and extend a proprietary Java + Selenium test framework.
• Embed AI‑driven intelligence into test analysis and resiliency.
• Migrate automation stacks to modern frameworks such as Playwright.
• Advocate for scalable quality practices in agile delivery teams.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on test automation experience.
• Strong understanding of software development and quality engineering.
• Ability to consult, communicate, and collaborate effectively with client teams.
• Proactive, analytical, and self‑driven work approach.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
