AI Strategy Manager

About the role

Deloitte AI & Data is seeking a Manager to lead AI strategy initiatives for clients across Zurich, Basel and Geneva. You will help organisations embed AI responsibly, aligning technology with business goals to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI strategies that match client objectives, market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI adoption, governance, ethics and risk management.
• Translate complex AI technologies into business cases, roadmaps and actionable transformation plans.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions and cross‑functional collaboration among business leaders, data scientists, engineers and partners.
• Contribute to Deloitte’s AI practice through thought leadership, market positioning and business development.
• Mentor and lead teams, fostering innovation and client‑centric delivery excellence.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in AI strategy, technology consulting or business advisory focused on digital transformation.
• Proven client‑facing experience advising senior executives on AI adoption and strategy.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, generative AI) and their business applications.
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
