Production Engineer – Monitoring & Observability

About the role
The Production Engineer will lead the evolution of FNZ's monitoring and observability platform while supporting day‑to‑day Managed Services operations. The role combines technical leadership in monitoring modernization with hands‑on incident response across client environments.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign monitoring dashboards and migrate legacy agents to Zabbix Agent 2.
- Integrate new infrastructure and applications (Vtom servers, batch processing, Year‑End environments) into Zabbix.
- Automate incident and ticket lifecycles by linking Zabbix with ITM, Jira and other tools.
- Produce KPI reports, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement of service reliability.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, incident management and client governance meetings.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of FNZ’s operating model and products.
- Proven experience in monitoring modernization projects.
- Fluent in English and French.
