AI/ML Consultant – Zurich

About the role

Intellishore is expanding its Zurich office and is looking for an AI/ML Consultant to help healthcare and life‑science clients develop AI‑driven solutions. You will work on machine‑learning models, generative AI applications and automation tools while collaborating closely with project teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine‑learning models for pharmaceutical and life‑science use cases.
• Build generative AI and automation solutions that address client‑specific challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business problems into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing AI pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI technologies and propose innovative approaches.

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to apply AI in healthcare or life sciences.
• Curious, open‑minded and motivated to learn new technologies.
• Strong interest in contributing to the growth of Intellishore’s Zurich entity.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid foundation in statistics.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), vector databases and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques (optional but a plus).
