Air Charter Broker – Client Advisor (Geneva)

About the role

We are a private jet charter specialist seeking a Client Advisor to join our Geneva office. You will be the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them choose the best charter solutions and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities in the private aviation market.
• Advise clients on charter options, prepare quotations and manage follow‑up communications.
• Welcome clients at Geneva Airport and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Track client requests and keep information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media content and team projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial, sales or client‑facing role.
• Bilingual French–English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA work permit.
• Knowledge of private aviation, aircraft types or airport operations is advantageous.
