Aircraft Mechanical Technician – Business Aviation

About the role

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanical Technicians to join a high‑performing maintenance team at Geneva Airport, supporting executive and private aircraft in a dynamic business‑aviation environment. The role involves both line and base maintenance, handling scheduled and unscheduled tasks while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft mechanical maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations, including AOG recovery.
• Carry out aircraft servicing and defect rectification.
• Apply service bulletins, maintenance manuals and technical documentation in accordance with EASA Part 145.
• Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and operational teams while maintaining safety and quality compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Aircraft Mechanical Technician, preferably in business aviation or on executive jets.
• Experience on Falcon aircraft is highly desirable; other business jets (Pilatus, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna) also considered.
• Good understanding of EASA Part 145 maintenance environment and line/base maintenance operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• EU passport holder or valid Swiss work authorization and eligibility for airport security clearance.
• Ability to provide a documented five‑year employment/background history.
