About the role
Bucher Leichtbau AG, a family-run company with more than 70 years of success in high-quality products, is looking for an engineer for its Office of Airworthiness, cabin safety (CCE). The role sits within the Zurich economic area and involves preparing certification documents and running certification tests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare certification documents such as test reports and analyses
- Plan and carry out certification tests for refrigeration systems, fire protection and acoustics
- Communicate with customers, partners and suppliers
- Advise the development department on design optimisation and airworthiness
Required profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, aviation engineering or comparable education
- High quality standards and a team- and solution-oriented approach
- Good written and spoken English and German
