Application Management Intern

About the role

Join Crypto Finance Group’s platform management team as an Application Management Intern. You will work closely with the Application Manager to support the daily operation of our regulated trading and core‑banking platforms, gaining practical exposure to institutional fintech environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor trading and core‑banking applications, log and track issues.
• Assist second‑line incident triage, documentation and follow‑up, learning root‑cause analysis.
• Support preparation, documentation and change‑control steps for platform releases.
• Help with client conformance testing and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Maintain platform configuration settings under supervision.
• Ensure ticket accuracy and backlog hygiene in Jira.
• Prepare and execute tests for platform changes.
• Update and improve platform documentation and the team knowledge base in Confluence.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• Genuine interest in trading systems, financial technology or digital assets.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and well‑organized with a strong willingness to learn.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of software integration (APIs, e.g., FIX, REST).
• Familiarity with ticketing and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
