Apprentice Hotel Communications (EFZ) – Start Aug 2027

About the role

Join Kempinski’s prestigious hotel in St. Moritz as an Apprentice in Hotel Communications (EFZ) starting in August 2027. Over a three‑year programme you will combine practical work during the summer and winter seasons with theoretical training at the school hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a three‑year apprenticeship with a strong willingness to learn.
• Work across all operational hotel departments during the peak seasons.
• Attend school blocks twice a year (5 weeks each) to acquire the theoretical foundations of hotel communication.
• Support sister hotels and, when possible, take on assignments outside the main property.

Required profile

• At least 17 years old at the start of the apprenticeship.
• Passion for the hospitality profession, flexibility and commitment.
• Relevant internships in the hotel or catering sector.
• High motivation, strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Professional appearance and enjoyment of guest interaction.
• Interest in an international career with Kempinski after completion.
