About the role
A three-year apprenticeship as a retail assistant (CFC) starts on 1 August 2027 in Corsier-sur-Vevey. The apprentice is trained in the administrative and commercial aspects of the company and takes part actively in activities related to facility management, mobility and the canteen.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the canteen from supply to delivery, including food and drink orders for meetings
- Handle administrative tasks for the mobility plan
- Welcome new colleagues and process their support requests, manage personal cash boxes and handle company mail and document archiving
- Place service orders in the internal accounting system and prepare communications and visual materials
- Assist in organising on-site events and take part in site initiatives
- Manage mailing lists and support department budget management
Required profile
- Has completed or recently completed compulsory schooling
- Team player able to work independently
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisation skills
Required skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Canva, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
