Area Sales Representative – France & Spain

About the role

3Brain is seeking a full‑time Area Sales Representative responsible for driving growth in France and Spain. Based at our headquarters in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, you will work closely with the sales, marketing and technical teams to expand market penetration among research laboratories, universities, biotech, pharmaceutical and CRO customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned territories.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers and nurture existing accounts.
• Conduct field visits, email and phone outreach to generate leads and close deals.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and technical workshops at trade shows, seminars and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, sales orders and contracts in line with company procedures.
• Provide regular forecasting and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biophysics or a related life‑science field.
• Strong knowledge of neurobiology and electrophysiology.
• Hands‑on experience with in‑vitro electrophysiology techniques, especially patch‑clamp and preferably Multi‑Electrode Array (MEA) systems.
• Extroverted, excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Fluent in French, Spanish and English.
