Art Director – 5‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Join the Jaeger‑LeCoultre Creative Studio as an Art Director on a 5‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Creative Direction within the Marketing Department, you will develop visual concepts from brief to final delivery, ensuring the Maison’s identity and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts for product and brand campaigns, digital content, social media and print materials, creating moodboards, art direction treatments, key visuals, layouts and storyboards.
• Prepare and support photo and video shoots, defining references, framing, lighting, sets and styling, and oversee image selection, retouching, editing and colour grading.
• Coordinate creative feedback with internal teams and external partners, manage deadlines and production constraints, and organise working files for smooth handover.

Required profile

• Established experience in art direction within an agency or in‑house creative studio, preferably in luxury, watchmaking, fashion or beauty.
• Strong visual culture demonstrated through a portfolio, with a keen eye for composition, typography and the ability to take concepts through to execution.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Sound understanding of photo and video production workflows.
• Experience with motion design or AI tools applied to creative development is a plus.
