Art Director – Creative Leadership for Branding & Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to shape bold, high‑impact creative work for fast‑moving clients in the restaurant and retail sectors. Based in Switzerland and working in a remote‑friendly environment, you will translate marketing strategy into compelling visual concepts across branding, campaigns, and digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong creative concepts for campaigns, branding, social media, and multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into visual directions, sketches, storyboards, and polished outputs.
• Lead projects from concept through final execution, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cultural trends, advertising practices, and platform‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in advertising agencies, creative studios, or brand‑focused design environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a polished portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a distributed, remote setting.
