Graphic Designer – Monetisation Focus (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a junior Graphic Designer to join a monetisation‑focused design team based in Switzerland. Working remotely, you will create high‑quality visual assets that drive product growth, support A/B testing, and enhance customer engagement across paywalls, upsells, email campaigns, and app store listings.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners.
• Develop vector illustrations and UI graphics while adhering to the established design system.
• Design visual materials for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare screenshots and promotional assets for the App Store and Google Play, including localized versions.
• Adapt existing assets across multiple formats and dimensions for A/B testing.
• Produce Lottie animations for use within product experiences.
• Maintain visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across all materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers and product marketing stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Organise source files following naming and handoff guidelines.
• Identify improvement opportunities for existing visual assets.

Required profile

• Junior‑level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing illustration or marketing visuals.
• Formal education in art or design, or completion of relevant design courses.
• Confident daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong ability to create and refine vector illustrations independently.
• Solid understanding of colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Experience using AI tools to generate or enhance visual assets.
• Ability to interpret feedback constructively and iterate without compromising quality.
