Über die Position

Coop sucht einen Aspiranten:in für die Funktion Geschäftsführer:in in einer Filiale. Das unbefristete Engagement umfasst 100 % Arbeitszeit, und der Stellenantritt erfolgt nach Vereinbarung. Im individuellen Aspirantenprogramm nehmen Sie an Fach- und Führungsausbildungen teil, um die Funktion als Geschäftsführer:in zu übernehmen.

Hauptaufgaben

Aktive Mitarbeit in allen Rayons der Verkaufsstelle
Lernen, wie Mitarbeitende gefördert und entwickelt werden
Sicherung einer optimalen Warenbewirtschaftung und eines attraktiven Ladenbildes
Personaleinsatzplanung inklusive Kostenkontrolle
Filialadministration

Anforderungsprofil

Grundausbildung im Detailhandel oder Berufserfahrung im Verkauf
Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
Freundliche, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten
Ehrgeiz, Einsatzwille und Flexibilität hinsichtlich Einsatzzeiten
