Assistant Manager Audit – Financial Services

About the role

KPMG is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its Audit Financial Services team in Geneva. You will work on consolidated and standalone financial statements for international banks, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards while supporting regulatory audits.

Key responsibilities

• Audit consolidated and standalone financial statements for banking clients in line with IFRS and local standards.
• Assess internal controls across payment processing, mortgage lending, and valuation of financial instruments.
• Lead audit engagements, plan resources, and supervise audit team members.
• Support regulatory audits, investigations, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate in business development activities, including client acquisition and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Swiss CPA qualification or equivalent auditing certification.
• 4‑5 years of audit experience with national or international banks and asset managers.
• Proven experience leading audit engagements and managing teams.
• Native French and proficient English communication skills.
