Assistant Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Assistant Supply Chain Specialist to support our Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics department. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Specialist to ensure smooth execution of purchase orders, shipments and inventory activities in a fast‑growing medical‑device company.

Key responsibilities

• Create, issue and manage purchase orders in SAGE X3, tracking confirmations, delivery dates and quantities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, handling transport documentation and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate purchase‑order, shipment and delivery status information in the ERP and operational trackers.
• Prepare and file operational documentation such as purchase‑order records, shipment paperwork and traceability records.
• Monitor order and shipment status, flag potential delays or discrepancies and escalate to the Supply Chain Specialist.
• Support inventory administration, stock movements, receipt follow‑up and reconciliation.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and evaluation.
• Contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes, especially within SAGE X3.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement.
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply‑chain, procurement, logistics or related industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of supply‑chain, procurement and logistics processes.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1‑C2) and good working knowledge of French.

Required skills

• SAGE X3 (or similar ERP) for purchase orders, goods receipts and inventory transactions.
• Microsoft Excel.
