Associate Director, Global Supply Planner

About the role

The Associate Director, Global Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing multi‑year supply and inventory plans across manufacturing sites and CMOs, ensuring alignment with market demand and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the 3‑36 month network supply and inventory planning horizon, integrating 3‑year and 10‑year strategic demand plans.
• Develop rolling 36‑month S&OP plans in Kinaxis RapidResponse, balancing market demand, raw material availability, and inventory targets.
• Lead operational capacity analysis, scenario planning, and long‑range capital investment decisions across all products and locations.
• Support Supply Review Meetings and Global Supply Review Meetings with analysis, scenario development, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with demand planning, finance, manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, and commercial functions to ensure feasible, financially sound supply plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of supply chain planning experience in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years using SAP (S/4 HANA) and advanced planning tools.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF or similar certification expected.
• Strong analytical, business‑acumen and stakeholder‑management skills in a global environment.
