B2B Key Account Manager – German-speaking Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Key Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic business customers in German-speaking Switzerland. The role combines sales, business development and client relationship management within a premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts.
• Achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
• Contribute to prospecting, retention and business development strategies.
• Coordinate follow-up of client projects with internal teams.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and drive B2B acquisition through LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, professional events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management and B2B business development, preferably in FMCG, luxury, hospitality or a premium setting.
• Native or equivalent level in German or Swiss German; fluent English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Autonomous, well-organized and team-oriented.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
