B2B SDR – German-speaking Switzerland (Zurich)

About the role

Undersales is a business development agency based in Geneva that runs prospecting campaigns for SMEs in demanding sectors such as finance, IT, industry, medical and environment. It is opening a new office in Zurich and is looking for a B2B SDR to drive its growth in German-speaking Switzerland. You start with an existing, validated client portfolio and deliver prospecting campaigns in German, mainly by phone, working independently and hands-on.

Key responsibilities

• Run regular high-volume cold calling sessions; the phone is central to the role.
• Manage client relationships through close, regular account management.
• Set up and run prospecting campaigns, including kick-off meetings, sequences and multichannel follow-ups.
• Measure and manage campaign performance through reporting and continuous optimisation.
• As the team grows, recruit, develop and lead your own team with a performance-driven style.

Required profile

• Sales experience, ideally in phone-based new business prospecting.
• Native-level German; Swiss German is an advantage.
• Business-fluent English.
• Based in German-speaking Switzerland, with 2 days a week in Zurich.
• Comfortable in B2B settings and able to talk to C-level decision-makers.
• Autonomy, strong organisational skills and a taste for fast-moving, demanding environments.
• Interest in building and leading a team in the medium term (first leadership experience is an advantage).
