Barista – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Kulm Group is looking for a professional, service-oriented Barista to join its Food & Beverage team in a five-star luxury hotel. The ideal candidate has previous experience in luxury hospitality, a genuine passion for coffee and a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato and other coffee and hot beverages.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation according to the hotel's standards.
• Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Provide warm, attentive and personalised service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented coffee station.
• Monitor coffee supplies and keep products properly stocked.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team and respond to guest requests courteously.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end hospitality establishment is essential.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed, professional and attentive to detail.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and as part of an international team.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of espresso-based beverages and professional coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong guest service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
