Barman / Chef de Rang (Full‑time) – Luxury Mountain Hotel

About the role

Join the bar team at a prestigious mountain resort where international guests expect top‑class service and unforgettable drinks. You will combine the responsibilities of a barman and a chef de rang, delivering a seamless hospitality experience in a luxurious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional presence and provide personalized service.
• Prepare classic and innovative cocktails, advise on spirits, wines and signature drinks.
• Maintain an elegant bar atmosphere and ensure every drink is presented beautifully.
• Support and train junior team members, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• Develop new beverage concepts and manage inventory efficiently.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality, preferably in a renowned bar or lounge.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails and mixology techniques; barista or sommelier qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Confident, charismatic personality with a passion for inspiring guests.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as part of the hospitality experience.
