Über die Position

Als Berufsbildner:in Automation übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Grundbildung und Qualitätssicherung von Lernenden im Bereich Automation. Sie führen die disziplinarische Führung und begleiten die Ausbildung von Automatikmonteur:innen EFZ.

Hauptaufgaben

Organisation und Durchführung der Grundbildung Automation
Qualitätssicherung der Ausbildung
Disziplinarische Führung der Lernenden
Rekrutierung und Durchführung von Schnuppertagen
Fachliche Führung der Berufsbildner:innen

Anforderungsprofil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Automatiker:in in der Industrie
Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Lernenden
Überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsstärke
