Education Program Manager

About the role

The Education Program Manager will lead the implementation of executive education and EMBA programs at EHL, coordinating internal stakeholders, faculty, and industry partners to deliver high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clear, timely communication with participants, faculty, partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate program operations, including AV setup, simultaneous translation and material logistics for on‑site, off‑site and virtual delivery.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures and maintain expected margins.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand program offerings and market reach.
• Create program roadmaps, timelines and optimise workflows to enhance learner and client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field; master’s degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program coordination, event organisation or higher‑education program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, blended‑format programmes and work flexibly across time zones.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and preferably French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with program management software.
• Technical knowledge of AV equipment and simultaneous translation setups.
