BI & Strategic Analytics Lead

About the role

Hilo by Aktiia is looking for a Business Intelligence & Strategic Analytics Lead to shape and execute its BI strategy. You will partner with Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical and Leadership teams to turn complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve dashboards, KPI frameworks and self‑service analytics tools.
• Deliver timely, accurate insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and define reporting requirements.
• Own and evolve the BI platform (Metabase) as the single source of truth for operational, commercial, product and financial reporting.
• Establish BI standards, governance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Promote a data‑driven culture and prioritize initiatives based on business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading BI or analytics functions in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted analytics partner across multiple functions.
