About the role
We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will interact with the models, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scenarios to enhance their performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Measure chatbot progress, evaluate correctness and logical consistency.
- Craft novel bilingual conversations to teach desired responses.
- Identify and report issues that affect model quality.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Based in Switzerland and able to work independently as a contractor.
