Bilingual Tutor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in both French and English. You will create realistic conversations, assess model outputs, and provide feedback to improve linguistic accuracy and logical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot responses for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Write novel conversation scripts to teach desired behaviours.
• Document findings and suggest improvements to model developers.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to assess nuanced language output.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Based in Switzerland and able to work independently as a contractor.
