Brand Awareness Cold Outreach Telecaller

About the role

We are seeking a confident and persuasive remote Telecaller to raise brand awareness for a partner company based in Switzerland. You will engage prospective customers by phone, introducing them to free educational events, competitions, and community learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls using curated prospect lists to promote free learning community activities.
• Clearly present upcoming events such as baking, cooking, yoga, Spell Bee, chess, math tournaments, and other community experiences.
• Build rapport, answer basic questions, and capture prospect interest and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the designated system.
• Follow up with interested prospects to encourage participation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while contributing to overall community engagement goals.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or community outreach (preferred but not mandatory).
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilience in handling objections and rejection.
• Genuine interest in education, learning, and community‑building initiatives.
