Brand Designer – Nordic SaaS Visual Identity

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Designer to create a complete visual identity for a new Nordic SaaS learning‑management solution. The brand will launch with Norwegian driving schools and later expand to other certification‑based domains. The aesthetic should be Nordic‑professional, trustworthy and clear, inspired by brands such as Linear, Stripe, Vipps and Things 3.

Key responsibilities

• Design a primary logo mark that is embroidery‑ready and legible at small sizes.
• Create horizontal and stacked lock‑ups, a word‑mark‑only version, favicon set, 1024 px app icon and 1200 × 630 social card.
• Develop clear‑space and minimum‑size guidelines for all assets.
• Deliver source files in Figma or Adobe Illustrator and an SVG with named, unmerged layers for future animation.
• Ensure the visual identity follows a Nordic‑professional style and avoids common industry clichés.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand identity design, preferably for SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, versatile logo work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret detailed briefs.
• Availability for potential follow‑up work such as logo animation.
