Broker – Property Insurance

About the role

Join Marsh's Bowring Marsh division in Zurich as a Property Insurance Broker, managing worldwide property placements within the Swiss/European market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex medium to large property accounts and transactions with regular client contact.
• Negotiate coverage terms, conditions and pricing with insurance companies.
• Develop strong relationships with Swiss/European property underwriters and support market relationship management.
• Provide advice and technical support to retail/producing offices on the Swiss/European insurance environment.
• Develop new property business opportunities in collaboration with retail/producing offices.
• Oversee post‑placement activities, including binding documents, endorsements and billing.

Required profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education.
• 5‑7 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in property.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven record of high‑quality client service.
• Flexibility to adapt to different approaches or styles.
