Investment Solutions Client Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join Marsh’s rapidly‑growing Investment Solutions business, supporting Mercer’s Swiss client base from the Zurich office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of Marsh’s delegated fund structures and bespoke investment solutions to explain them to colleagues and clients.
• Support client‑service delivery across the Investment Solutions portfolio in Switzerland, ensuring a first‑class experience.
• Collaborate with large Investment Solutions clients, managing stakeholder relationships and communication between investment managers, internal teams and clients.
• Assist colleagues on performance analysis, strategic asset allocation advice, economic commentaries and client presentations.
• Lead relationship management with client investment committees and hold periodic client meetings.
• Liaise with operational, portfolio management and consulting teams, managing a range of projects as they arise.
• Deliver investment output and documentation within critical timelines and train junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Energetic, proactive and efficient with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in (Swiss) German and English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in relationship management or consulting, preferably with large or important clients.
