Business Analyst/Consultant – AI Strategy

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to help clients translate strategic business objectives into AI‑driven solutions. Based in Zurich, you will work on projects that align AI innovation with corporate goals, delivering measurable impact across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define AI strategies that support their vision, market positioning, and operational priorities.
• Convert business goals into concrete AI use cases, detailed requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute to thought leadership on AI adoption, governance, ethics, and risk management.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Support business development by identifying AI opportunities and assisting in proposal creation.
• Build lasting client relationships through high‑quality advisory and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Passion for the intersection of AI, business strategy, and innovation.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex AI concepts in business terms.
• Good conceptual ability to synthesize diverse inputs into coherent strategies.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French proficiency is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear presentations and strategic documents.
