Business Analyst/Consultant - Technology Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Join Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Transformation team to advise international clients on cutting‑edge business areas. You will help organisations develop strategies, design operating models and implement systems that drive performance and create business value.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a client‑facing role on projects for leading banks, chemical companies and other key industries.
• Collaborate with customers and senior colleagues to solve complex IT challenges.
• Conduct analysis, lead workshops, attend status meetings and prepare presentations and documents.
• Support Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing large‑scale IT projects.

Required profile

• Reliable, methodical, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Relevant internships or work experience in IT consulting or a global IT department.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business or Engineering with strong IT exposure.
• Passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends.
• Willingness to travel regularly and fluency in English plus German or French.
