Business Consultant - Compliance & RegTech

About the role

IMTF Group, a global software company in Compliance and Automation, develops RegTech solutions focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Fraud, using machine learning and data science to streamline compliance. It is looking for a Business Consultant in Zurich to act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions and guide them through the end-to-end implementation of its compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide financial institutions through the end-to-end implementation of compliance solutions
• Run client-facing workshops to capture regulatory and operational requirements and turn them into clear specifications
• Design and configure business rules, workflows, reports and data logic in the SironOne platform
• Deliver end-user training so client teams can manage the solution themselves
• Work with Product Management and Pre-Sales to align delivery with product strategy

Required profile

• Degree in business, economics, finance, law, business informatics or a related field
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in compliance, consulting, banking or RegTech; strong profiles with less experience are considered
• Solid understanding of regulatory topics and interest in automating compliance
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally, about 30%, mainly in Europe
