Über die Position
Als Business Controller verantworten Sie das monatliche Reporting, die Planung der Division und unterstützen das Management bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
Hauptaufgaben
- Monatliches Reporting inkl. Abweichungs- und Kennzahlenanalyse
- Verantwortung für den Planungs‑Prozess (Rolling Forecast, strategische Planung, Outlooks)
- Erstellung von Ad‑hoc‑Analysen
- Beratung des Managements bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Fachliche Unterstützung und Ansprechpartner für die Controller der globalen Gesellschaften
- Mitarbeit bei internen und gruppenweiten Projekten und Analysen
Anforderungsprofil
- Betriebswirtschaftlicher Master‑ oder Bachelorabschluss mit Vertiefung Controlling, Accounting oder Finance
- 3‑5 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling eines international tätigen Industrieunternehmens
- Team‑ und Kooperationsfähigkeit, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erforderliche Kenntnisse
- SAP‑Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit BI‑Tools
