Business Developer - FX Financial Solutions (Graduate)

About the role

Ebury, a fast-growing FinTech delivering business accounts, hedging and financing on a single platform, is hiring a graduate Business Developer for its FX Financial Solutions team in Zurich. This is an office-based role for ambitious recent graduates who want to start a sales career in international finance, with expert training, mentorship and uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers across industries
• Research prospects, understand their needs and tailor your approach to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions
• Present, negotiate and close deals, which directly affect earnings and career progression
• Collaborate with internal teams so new clients have a smooth onboarding experience

Required profile

• Recent graduate, enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Desire or experience in client-facing B2B or B2C sales, door-to-door sales or cold calling; no prior FX experience needed
• Fluency in Swiss German and strong business-level English
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and drive to hit ambitious targets
