Business Developer / FX Sales Associate (French Speaking)

About the role

Ebury, a fast-growing FinTech delivering business accounts, hedging and financing on a single platform, is recruiting a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate in Zurich. This is an office-based role for a recent graduate who wants to start a sales career in international finance, earning uncapped commission and receiving expert training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business by connecting with decision-makers across industries and introducing them to international payment and FX solutions.
• Research prospects, understand their needs and tailor your approach.
• Present, negotiate and close deals; your results affect your earnings and career progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams so new clients have a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Desire or experience in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
• No prior FX experience needed: the company prioritises potential and provides comprehensive training.
• Fluency in French and business-level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and drive to hit ambitious targets.
