Business Developer - Securities Services

About the role

The Business Developer will focus on building new client relationships and expanding the firm’s custody and securities services portfolio. This position supports the continued growth of assets and revenues within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across custody, securities services, wealth management and asset management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries, external asset managers, family offices and business partners.
• Promote the firm’s securities services and custody solutions to professional and institutional clients.
• Support acquisition of new clients and contribute to growth of assets and revenues.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with Swiss regulatory expectations, KYC, AML and internal policies.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and prepare proposals and commercial presentations.
• Contribute to internal projects, market initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Background in securities services, custody, wealth management, asset management, private banking or investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of custody solutions, client acquisition, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
