About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform in the hospitality technology sector across Europe. The role is fully remote‑first and focuses on acquiring and nurturing relationships with hotels, venues, and conference centres.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for SMB hospitality accounts in Europe.
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to generate new revenue.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative team to optimise pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences, with occasional travel.
  • Monitor market opportunities and provide insights to refine regional sales strategy.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably within hospitality tech.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets.
  • Consultative, solution‑selling approach in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first setting.
  • Fluent English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
