Business Development Executive – Switzerland

About the role

East Stuff Group is expanding its presence in Switzerland and is looking for a Business Development Executive to join the Swiss team. You will work closely with the Business Development Team Leader to grow relationships with luxury hotels and hospitality partners across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers such as General Managers, Procurement Directors and Spa Managers.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through quotation, agreement and delivery.
• Generate new business using both field‑based visits and digital channels.
• Maintain an accurate prospect and customer database.
• Provide responsive service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Travel regularly throughout Switzerland to meet clients on site.

Required profile

• Ambitious, resilient and commercially‑judicious.
• Fluent English with professional proficiency in German, French or Italian.
• Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality or luxury products is a plus.
• Strong determination and a drive to deliver results.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication.
• Professional proficiency in at least one of German, French or Italian.
