About the role

The Business Development Manager will work for a fast‑growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) operating in the peptide sector. This individual‑contributor role is responsible for driving business across the European Union.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage business opportunities throughout the EU territory as an individual contributor.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience working within the peptide industry.
