About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for gaming and technology clients across the APAC region. Based in Switzerland with a fully remote setup, you will own the end‑to‑end business development cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with creative and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets related to gross margin, client acquisition and conversion performance in APAC.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying long‑term partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and craft customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially effective.
  • Optimize sales operations by improving CRM workflows, lead management and pitch methodologies using HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings locally and internationally.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
  • Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel as needed.
