About the role

This role drives enterprise growth within the global payments and fintech ecosystem, targeting strategic enterprise clients across key European markets. You will work at the forefront of digital commerce innovation, shaping tailored payment solutions for fast‑growing industries such as e‑commerce, travel, mobility, iGaming and SaaS.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure—across European markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, industry events and referrals.
  • Engage and influence C‑level and senior stakeholders with consultative sales approaches tailored to complex enterprise needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to design compelling proposals and ensure smooth implementation handover.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipelines (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to provide strong forecasting and visibility across all deal stages.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on payments, fintech trends and regulatory developments to identify competitive advantages.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in enterprise business development or complex B2B sales environments.
  • Strong track record of closing deals with large enterprise clients involving long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of payment technologies, financial services ecosystems and relevant industry regulations.
  • Experience working in startup or scale‑up environments with the ability to build pipeline independently.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus.
