Business Development & Sales Manager

About the role

Zaphiro Technologies is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth of its SynchroGuard platform in the smart‑grid and energy sectors. The role combines technical knowledge of power distribution networks with commercial acumen to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and support proposal development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop new market opportunities in the smart‑grid and energy sectors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, EPCs, regulators and technology partners.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage the full sales cycle.
• Engage with clients to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into competitive proposals.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure offers are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Contribute to marketing activities that promote Zaphiro’s solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise and hands‑on experience in power grid or smart‑grid domains.
• Proven ability to combine engineering knowledge with commercial and project coordination skills.
• Motivated, results‑oriented professional capable of bridging the gap between engineering and business.
