Business Management & Financial Controlling Specialist – COO Office

About the role

A Business Management and Financial Controlling Specialist is needed in the COO office in Zurich, on a hybrid basis. The position starts as soon as possible from 15 November 2026 and runs until 31 April 2027, with the possibility of extension. It supports the divisional COO, sub-unit heads and local COOs with financial monitoring and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial monitoring of operating income, operating expenses (OPEX) and premises, supporting decisions by the COO and local managers
• Lead financial planning, including forecasting and budgeting, aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and manage internal and external full-time equivalents (FTEs), handle internalisation requests and keep accurate records
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives

Required profile

• University degree or higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
• Profound experience in the financial industry or in financial industry consulting
• Project management experience, with structured and independent thinking in complex environments
• Experience working closely with different functions and within a senior management environment
• Fluency in English and German (required)
