Business Manager – Swiss German Market (Industrial & Engineering)

About the role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Manager to lead growth in the German‑speaking part of Switzerland. The role focuses on the industrial and engineering sectors, helping clients develop and execute projects while expanding Akkodis’ market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support clients in project development.
• Present and sell consulting solutions, including technical assistance and work packages, tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the industrial/engineering sector in Switzerland.
• Background in consulting with solid knowledge of the Swiss market.
• Experience in engineering, IT, or aerospace is advantageous.
• Strong business‑development mindset and hands‑on attitude.
