Sales Manager – Echocardiography Software (Europe)

About the role

MediRapp is seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead the European commercial launch and expansion of EchoRapp, a vendor‑neutral echocardiography workflow and reporting platform. The role combines direct sales activity with building a repeatable sales process and eventually leading a growing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the European pipeline, revenue targets and account conversion for EchoRapp.
• Sell to cardiology practices, hospital echo labs, academic centres and practice groups, managing the full sales cycle from demo to contract.
• Develop strategic channels with ultrasound manufacturers, PACS/VNA providers, integrators and other cardiology technology partners.
• Design and implement a repeatable sales process covering segmentation, qualification, CRM, forecasting, pricing and conversion metrics.
• Represent EchoRapp at cardiology and echocardiography conferences and collaborate with clinical and technical teams on pilots and deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience in cardiology, cardiac imaging, echocardiography or regulated medical software; US experience strongly preferred.
• Established network of cardiologists, echo‑lab leaders and hospital decision‑makers across Europe.
• Proven track record of closing complex healthcare sales and navigating hospital procurement, IT and contracting processes.
• Hands‑on, early‑stage sales mindset with willingness to prospect, travel extensively and close deals personally.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of echocardiography acquisition, measurements, reporting and major ultrasound vendors.
• Familiarity with PACS, VNA and EHR systems used in cardiovascular diagnostics.
• Ability to conduct credible clinical and technical sales discussions.
